Hello everyone! 

We are getting ready to kick off fundraising for our 24/25 U9 Advanced season! 

First Fundraiser

The first fundraiser we will be doing is going to be a gift card tree. This was by far the most profitable for us last season

You are not required to participate however if you would like to sell tickets for the tree you will be required to provide a $25 minimum gift card to add to the tree. You are more then welcome to donate more then one gift card or a gift card of higher value,  as the more the tree is worth the more tickets we will sell! Tickets will be 1 for $5 or 3 for $10

Timelines

• Gift cards for the tree will be due no later than Oct 31st @ 5pm.
• Ticket sales will begin November 1st 
• Deadline for ticket sales are 6pm November 15th as the draw will take place the evening of November 16th.

Payments 

When sending your EMT once the fundraiser is over, please put your child name and your total and what it was for in the notes to make it easier for Jacquie

Attached is also a letter you can bring to businesses asking to sponsor a gift card so that your personal contribution is FREE and then you are making 100% profit towards your kids account. 

Jersey & banner sponsors 

I have also attached a letter for jersey and banner sponsors. Banner sponsorships will be due no later than November 16th as we will need to get the banner made as soon as possible so  we can insure it’s ready for our games come December! Jersey sponsorship bars are your responsibility to have made. Sports-wheels is great and reasonably priced. You can order them in person or online! Please make sure the sponsorship bar is white with black writing

You do not need a “last name” bar for your child it is printed on the jerseys - you only need sponsorship bars if you choose to do so.

Neither of these are mandatory but they will help to offset the cost of the season. 

If you choose to get a sponsorships for the banner, the banner cost will be divided amongst those who have sponsorships on it and applied to your budget. Cost TBD. 

We are also open to doing other fundraisers over the next few months if you have any idea that is high profit low work load please shoot me an email with your ideas.
