As per Hockey Nova Scotia, we are mandated to follow the "Rule of Two" when monitoring dressing rooms during all sessions.

Under 18 Tryout Update - October 3, 2024

Now that the Under 18 Major teams, Kings Under 16 Minor and Local

High School teams have all finalized their rosters, our Under 18 tryout numbers for Sackville Minor Hockey have been significantly impacted.

At this point we are not able to follow the flow chart as presented. Going forward all Under 18 players participating in tryouts will attend sessions as they are updated on the website and players will be placed on teams for balanced scrimmages.

We are also looking adding 1-2 exhibition games to assist the team selection committee to determine what levels of hockey we can offer at Under 18 competitive. Stay tuned for more details. All remaining aspects of the tryout will follow the Tryout manual as posted on the website.
