Bylaw Amendments: Creation of Ice Scheduler and Ombudsman

To our Members,
 
 
The above document is a proposed amendment to the SMH Bylaws. All changes are visible in redline as compared to the current SMH Bylaws. 
 
The most significant changes being proposed are the creation of new Ice Scheduler and Ombudsman positions. These changes are being proposed as a result of conversations we've had with various members throughout the year and a review of other associations' best practices.
 
This proposed amendment will be voted on at the Annual General Meeting on June 9th which will be a vote to "Accept" or "Reject" the amendment in its entirety.
