Goalie Development Update!
Sackville Minor has partnered with Chris Wall to provide Goalie Development for our 2024/25 Season!
Goalie Development is available to all goalies of any age and skill level registered within the association, and the costs are covered by SMHA! We encourage all goalies to take advantage of this excellent goalie training!
Every Tuesday night at East Coast Varsity starting October 29, 2024:
U7/U9 5:30-6:30pm
U11/U13 6:30-7:30pm
U15/U18 7:30-8:30pm
Chris Wall brings over 20 years of goalie coaching experience. A native of Halifax, NS his playing career includes minor hockey with the Halifax Hawks, Dartmouth Subways (NSMMHL), Halifax Wolverines (MHL), London Nationals (GOJHL), Halifax Mooseheads (QMJHL), London Knights (OHL), and Dalhousie Tigers (CIS). He was also fortunate to represent Team Nova Scotia at the 2003 Canada Winter Games. During his playing career he trained with many current and former NHL goalie coaches. Chris now works with goaltenders of all ages to help develop their skills to take their game to the next level. His wealth of playing and coaching experience along with excellent communication skills will be a huge asset to the program.
