Finance Review Committee: Seeking Volunteers
SMHA is looking for 2-3 volunteers, who are CPA's, to create a Finance Review Committee. One volunteer will be appointed Chair of the committee. This committee will be responsible for the following:
- Helping with the preparation of SMHA's Budget for 2022-2023.
- Committee Chair will be responsible for presenting to the membership
- High level review of all team budgets before being finalized
- High level review of actual vs budget on a bi-monthly basis
- Review of year end financial statements, and supporting working papers
- Committee Chair will be responsible for presenting year end statements at SMHA's AGM
